I dropped a glass of wine on my laptop and completely killed it.  When I walked in they were very friendly and immediately did their best to assess the extent of the damage to the machine.  After determining the estimated cost of the repairs needed, we both came to the conclusion that I replace my 7 year old laptop and again they were helpful in providing recommendations based upon my typical usage. They were able to retrieve all of my files from my old laptop and they were successfully organized in the same way on my new laptop.  The pricing was very reasonable, and their speed and customer service was outstanding."
